Karate Lesson #1

Today was the boys first day of karate. They practiced hitting correctly, protecting your face, somersaults, and listening to directions. Cooper was so shy. He would watch what Carson was doing, and then copy him. He loved it, but he was a little shy. I think this class is going to be great! They learn to be patient, respectful, and good listeners. Next, we need to find karate outfits. They aren't required, but they are just too cute!
